HR Prism was conducted by the HR Forum of Chetana's R. K. Institute of Management and Research , Bandra on 9th Feb., 2008.
PRISM - is an event aligned to the concept of a triad which is three dimensional. First is the knowledge, which forms the base, second, the passion, which is the inner drive to achieve something and third, the action, without which the other two are incomplete.
The theme for PRISM 2008 , was “Positioining HR ” with the punch line being "Bring of the Revolution" .
The event was judged by an eminent panel from the industry, comprising of ,

The teams were short listed in final round on basis of a paper presentation on the above theme.
