HROPSYS 2017 – ‘Integrate, Innovate & Motivate’

 HROPSYS, a cross functional event of HR, Operations and Systems was held at Chetana’s Institutes of Management and Research, Bandra on 14th September, 2017.

The theme of this year’s event was ‘Integrate, Innovate and Motivate’.








Chief Guest Mr Nirmal Kumar Deshmukh was welcomed by Dr Madhumita Patil, CEO – Chetana’s Institutes of Management, the other dignitaries and declared the event open. Mr Deshmukh enlightened us about innovation in Housing, Retail, Logistic and Healthcare. He briefed us about the concept of “Available to Promise (ATP)” a business function that provides response to customer order enquiries based on resource availability.

The eminent panelists discussed the impact of Real Estate Sector on India’s GDP. The panelists deliberated on how integrating work place safety, employee motivation, people management and technology will bring a paradigm shift in today’s work place.

The distinguished panelists gave us an overview of how the introduction of technology is changing the retail scenario and how the industry is getting ready to bridge the skill gap.

The distinguished panelists focused on the growth of Pharma Industry in India and reasons for low innovation quotient in India. All the panelists firmly believed that ‘medicine must be for people and not for profit’.

The day long deliberations reiterated the fact that ‘integrate, innovate and motivate’ is the way forward.
