MDP for Monginis on Customer Centricity

Importance of customer in any business can never be overstated, and thus all businesses are looking forward to lure, engage and keep customers more than ever. Ensuring that the customers remain with an organization, while it desirable, doesn’t come coincidentally. One has to work hard towards ensuring that customer is the center of everything that organization pursues. Customer centricity looks at a total re-haul in the belief, mindset and rituals so as to keep customer as the center of the operation making every decision in the company based on its influence on the customers. Chetana’s RK Institute of Management and Research conducted an MDP for Monginis on Customer Centricity which was attended by the top leadership as well as the middle management executives.
