Candidates interested in applying for Institute Level Seats or Vacant Seats Against Cancellation should fill the form through the link below. While filling the form , note that :

• The form must be filled in CAPITAL CASES only.
• Any information found incorrect , misleading or incomplete shall lead to disqualification of the candidature.
• All documents as prescribed must be uploaded , else the candidature shall not be considered valid.
