| 07. HSC / Diploma Marksheet / Certificate |
| 08. No. of Graduation Mark-sheet/s |
| 09. Degree Certificate / Passing Certificate |
| 10. Gap Certificate on Stamp Paper of Rs. 500 |
| 11. Certificate in Proforma A / B-1 / B-2 / G-1 / G-2 / J / K / L / M / O / P / Q / U & V |
| 12. Caste Certificate |
| 13. Cast Validity Certificate |
| 14. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid upto 31st March, 2027 |
| 15. Aadhar Card / Enrollment Receipt |
The following forms must be collected from the administrative office of the Institute while seeking admission and the same must be duly filled in and submitted :
| 1. Transference Certificate (should be submitted within 30 days from admission date) |

Candidates must also carry THREE latest coloured passport sized photograph.
