Candidates must submit TWO SETS OF SELF ATTESTED PHOTO COPIES and carry the ORIGINALS of the following documents while seeking admissions :

| 2. Final Merit Status |
| 3. CET Final Score Card / Mark-sheet |
| 4. S.S.C.& H.S.C. / Diploma Mark-sheets |
| 5. Graduation Mark-sheet (All Semester wise / Year wise) & Degree Certificate |
| 6. Certificate of Indian Nationality & Domicile Certificate |
| 7. Date of Birth proof (from Academic Institution / College) |
| 8. Gap Certificate (if graduated before Mar / April / May 2024) |
| 9. Caste Certificate & Caste Validity Certificate for Reserved Category Candidates |
| 10. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid upto 31st March, 2025 (if candidate belongs to VJ / DT(A) / NT(B) / NT(C) / NT(D) / OBC / SBC / SEBC category |
| 11. Certificate in Proforma A / B-1 / B-2 / G-1 / G-2 / J / K / L / M / O / P / Q / U & V (as applicable) |
| 12. Aadhar Card |
The following forms must be collected from the administrative office of the Institute while seeking admission and the same must be duly filled in and submitted :
| 1. Transference Certificate (should be submitted within 30 days from admission date) |

| 3. Admission Form |
| 4. Identity Card Form |
| 5. Undertaking |
