Doctoral Thesis

“To assess the levels of stress among administrators of hospitals in Greater Mumbai.”

The research involved interviewing the entire population of 222 hospital administrators across:

• 116 Government hospitals
• 62 Private hospitals
• 44 Municipal hospitals

The study used The Hassles and Uplifts Scale consisting of 55 items, along with a questionnaire component based on the Opportunity Score Matrix.

Doctoral coursework in Research Methodology was completed with an A+ grade.
