Dr. Balaji Sadavarte

Dr. Balaji Sadavarte is an associate professor for Marketing & General Management. He looks as head for the Ph.D. Centre of the institute. He is truly a dynamic & versatile personality having dual specialization in Post Graduate Management (MBA). He did Ph. D. in Management –on the topic- Management of Change- A study of strategies and systems approach of training in SBI with special reference to Maharashtra State, from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada Univeristy, Nanded.

Apart from post-graduation in management, he holds three post-graduation degrees in Public administration, Sociology & Journalism. He also holds two graduate degrees. He has studied in various universities of India. He has cracked National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship of the University Grants Commission UGC, New Delhi.

An academician by heart over two decades, after serving two years in the corporate field at the beginning of academic career. He is an approved Ph.D. Guide in the University of Mumbai and the Pacific University, Udaipur, Rajasthan. One student has awarded Ph.D. degree under his supervision. He is referee and examiner of Ph.D. thesis. He has attended many conferences, Seminars, Workshops, orientation program FDPs etc. He has delivered talks on various subjects in different institutes and social organizations.

Dr. Sadavarte has been taught many subjects and courses in various institutions & across many Universities in India. He loves to teach the subjects like Perspective Management, Rural Marketing, BRM, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Relations & Labour Laws etc. He is truly inspiration and motivators to the student fraternity. Dr.Sadavarte actively participates and delivers talks on social issues & career guidance

He works on research projects funded by institutions of national repute & government. Dr. Balaji Sadavarte has one book on his credit and the writing of other two books is in progress. He acts as editor of books, research Journal and editorial board member on a prestigious Edwin Group of Journals

A firm believer in the concept of –‘it can be done’, and has faith in equality, fraternity and democratic values. He persistently tries to upgrade himself in various domains of knowledge and skills required at the present environment. He is an ardent reader of social and political affairs in the country and around the world. He resolves to excel in Teaching & Educational Administration for the development of students and the growth of the organization. He loves to travel different parts of the country and passion to travel around the world.
