Dr. Jayashree Bhakay

Dr. Jayashree Bhakay has been an academician by choice. She started her academic career in the year 1980 as a lecturer in degree college. The consistency of her academic record and good academic performance helped her to climb up to the level of Director of CRKIMR from 2011 to 2021. She continues with the Institute as the Professor of General Management. Her teaching and research interests are in the areas of Business Ethics, Business Environment,Corporate Social Responsibility, Behavioural Finance and higher education.

She has published research papers in International and National journals. She is instrumental in starting the research journal of the Institute.Five students have successfully completed M.Phil under guidance.She is an approved research guide for Ph.D. in Management and sux students are registered for the doctoral program under her guidance.Dr. Bhakay is associated with autonomous institutions as member of the Board of Study, external examiner for Ph.D.,selection panel for faculty and different academic committees.
