A proud alumnus of Chetana’s, Ms. Lipika comes with industry experience in HR across various fields such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Head hunting, Learning and Development, Employer branding, Change Management and Campus Hiring, with brands such as Kotak Life and Estee Lauder Companies. She is also an active member of the placement and Alumni cell at the Institute.

Ms.Lipika Koli is also a certified Behavioural Event Interviewer from Aon Hewitt Learning Centre and is also a NET certified faculty. On her never-ending journey of learning, she is also pursuing an Executive Development Program from XLRI Jamshedpur, in the areas of HR and Talent Management.

She is a teaching faculty at Chetana’s for the subject of Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Competency Based HRM and Performance Management, with keen interest in areas of Organizational Psychology and Competency assessment.
